UGH.

Do you ever have days where nothing wants to work?

I woke up early this morning planning to go on a run but it was so cold and raining I decided not to - my knees are not so good with that sort of cold nonsense. So I did laundry instead.

I have been doing homework and chores all day, and munching a bit too much so I decided it would probably be a good idea to do a nice hour long work out to the blogilates videos I love so much.

Well that was all find and dandy until I actually started to do them - I couldn’t! I was falling over, loosing my balance, shaking and becoming so frustrated with myself. After about 30 minutes of trying to find something I could do without shaking violently for no reason I gave up and decided to just do some good ol’ fashion yoga poses.

I have spent the last hour trying to find a decent beginners yoga site. I have gone on countless sites that claim to have beginner workouts but have no pictures and their explanations are completely uninforming - making me even more frustrated than I was before.

RAWR!!!!!!!! GRRRR!!!

I’m sure there is something I could do but now all I want to do is nap and eat chocolate and candy.
